Every camper (accompanied by their parent or guardian) must fill out the camper registration form. 
 

Every Camp Worker must fill out the camp worker form and have two references. Please send the reference form links to whoever you choose as a reference. 

Camp Reference Form 

Every Church must fill out one church registration form. The primary youth leader will register their entire group (students and leaders) and have the option to pay online or via Check. 

Every Group must send 1 adult leader for every 5 students they have attending. *If the church is unable to send a leader they will be charged $300 as the Network will have to provide a leader for the group.
If paying by check please mail 1 check per church to
