BOOST is a online training event designed for next-generation ministry leaders to enhance their impact on students' spiritual growth. Boost focuses on assessing current leadership practices and preparing for greater intentionality in ministry roles. Participants engage in sessions on topics such as godly influence, hearing from God, personal growth, and soul care through video teachings, discussions, and Q&A segments. By the end of the event, leaders develop actionable strategies to overcome challenges and drive forward their mission to help students love and follow Jesus.

Each registered Church will receive all the Boost resources for both the Kids Track and the youth/young adult track.
How BOOST WORKs:
There will be 4 sessions, each including:
1. Video Teaching:
Each session begins with a 10-15 minute teaching video by our Next Gen Team, focusing on positioning oneself for effective leadership in various ministry contexts, from kids, youth and young adults. Participants are encouraged to take notes in their provided workbooks.
2.Team Lab Session:
Following the teaching, teams break into discussions to process, develop, and apply what they’ve learned. This hands-on activity fosters collaboration and personal insight.
3. Live Q&A:
Sessions conclude with a live question-and-answer segment with facilitators and the speakers. This allows participants to clarify concepts and engage more deeply with the material.
This format is repeated across four key sessions, each focusing on different leadership aspects. Breaks and a lunch period are strategically included to sustain energy and engagement throughout the day​.
