Part-Time Youth Director

Position Type: Part-Time (10 hours per week)
Compensation: $15,000-20,000 Stipend Annually
Reports To: Network Next Gen Director

Syracuse residency is not required for this position.

Role Summary

The Part-Time Youth Director provides leadership, coordination, and strategic support for youth ministry across the Network. This role exists to ensure that large-scale youth events, leadership development initiatives, and relational networks are led with clarity, excellence, and sustainability.

​

Working closely with the Network Next Gen Director, the Youth Director carries three primary responsibilities: providing vision, leadership, and oversight for the Network’s core youth initiatives, including Youth Convention, Youth Camp, and the Youth Lead Team—ensuring each is strategically aligned, spiritually impactful, and executed with excellence.
